The Institute for Swiss and International Tax Law

ISIS was founded in 2000 as an independent, non-commercial institute in the legal form of an association. The approximately 200 members of the association come from tax consulting, tax administration, tax judiciary and tax jurisprudence throughout Switzerland.

The Institute's projects are supported by income from seminars, from university courses and by membership fees.

ISIS is an association with currently more than 150 individual members and 30 corporate members from the field of tax law. Membership is basically open to all individuals, authorities and companies and is associated with many benefits.

Institute Management

The activities of ISIS are carried out by dedicated experts from the Swiss tax community. The strategic responsibility of the institute lies with the 10-member institute management, which has appointed a managing committee of 5 persons for the operational implementation.

The Tax Talks provide an opportunity for a professional exchange of ideas mixed with personal discussions among tax professionals. The Tax Talks take place once a year, following the Annual General Meeting.
