"It's really fascinating to see the variety of new issues that arise every year"
On March 10 and 11, 2025, the "Corporate Tax Law 2025" seminar once again focused on the tax challenges facing companies.

Whether partnerships or corporations, small or large turnover, operating locally or across borders - seminar leader Peter Mäusli-Allenspach finds:

"It's really fascinating to see the variety of new issues that arise every year."

It was not only the reverse solution for non-tax-neutral demergers that gave rise to discussions. The perennial issue of debt waiver and the tax consequences of civil law confusion also gave rise to discussion. And the workshop on the documentation requirements for national and intercantonal transfer prices left some participants pondering.

These are just a few examples of how this training event, in which the tax authorities and the consulting sector are equally involved, is fruitful for everyone involved.

From the participants' feedback:

"It was a great event, I personally gained a lot from the content, the participants and the speakers, not only in the "classroom" but also through the discussions during the breaks and at dinner."

"I've been attending for several years now and I think the seminar concept is very good. I really appreciate the written case solutions."

"No suggestions for improvement, very successful seminar"

By the way: The second edition of this year's seminar "Corporate Tax Law 2025" will take place on June 2-3, 2025 at the Seehotel Waldstätterhof in Brunnen.

The feedback from participants and speakers was once again very positive. We are already looking forward to "Corporate Tax Law 2026" in Bad Ragaz on March 9/10, 2026!
